The Brain Game

The Brain Game is a book by Juan Arcas that presents his original coaching method. It details the theory, the method and also describes how he develops his practices.

This book explains how to understand the balance within a group, how to tap into the power of emotional engineering, how to bring harmony to your work, how to change the world around you, and how to be happy doing so.

This practice is called the Brain Game and is a business-oriented version of the four cognitive functions defined by C.G. Jung. It consists of a series of playful exercises to identify the proportion of Visionaries, Emotional people, Strategists and Planners personalities in a group, and then to harmonize the way they interact.
