Submitting your CV to major Tom is totally free. If we recommend your profile for a project and you are selected by the client, Major Tom guarantees you the rates you have requested. The client is paying us for our services and you for your expertise. It's a very simple business model.
Upon submitting your CV, you will be in our profiles database and we will call you should any opportunity arise. We also select profiles to be members of our core team. If you are selected, we will contact you to set up an interview before we publish your profile online as a core team member.
We will not share or resell your data to any third parties. The only people who are going to see your CV are our clients and the Major Tom staff, period. You can request to be removed from our database at any given time.
